Brief History: Olivia's parents gave her up to a scientist doing research. They had wanted her back when he was done, not knowing that he was going to mutate her. The scientist grafted her with wings, on her stomach, but it didn't work so she can only hover in the air. Then they gave her Invisibility. They tested her so much that they accidentally erased her memory. After that no one cared about her so they left her in the woods. Olivia was 4 years old. She found a place to stay for a couple of months, and since she had her memory erased, she didn't know she could turn invisible, or that she had wings. But after a year or so, it became all too obvious. When she was mad she would disappear for hours, sneaking food. Her wings spread out when she was scared. The family dumped six year old Olivia on the streets. After a couple of days Olivia had no food, no water, and she was sick with lucimia By the time some police found her she was about to die. They took her too the hospital, and cured her disease. She would always have a cough, but she would live. While Olivia was recovering, the police searched all over the county for someone missing a child. They deposited Olivia in a foster home, but she hated it. The kids made fun of her for her temper, shyness and decease. She was miserable. Finally when Olivia was 12, after 5 years in the home, she couldn't take it anymore. She packed up her few belongings, and ran away. She was so tired that night she slept under the shade of one of the Camp Everdeen cabins. They found her in the morning.
Personality: Olivia was always the shy kid. The outsider. All of the kids in her foster home ignored her. She had a huge temper, a funny disease, and was different. Even at Camp Everdeen, she struggles to make friends. She's used to having to fend for herself.
Appearance: Olivia has long blond-sliverish hair, normally pulled back in a ponytail. Her eyes are an astonishing purple, due to being exposed to all of the chemicals in the lab at an early age. Her natural eye color is a blue-green. She is tall, but has a small frame, mostly because of all the years of not enough food. Her face is small and round. She has a big smile, but smiles so rarely that you really have to earn it. She never smiles in a fake way. Either it's real, or she frowns at you, her purple eyes going through your head. She has a scar on her arm, the whole length of it, from the time the scientists broke her arm. The bone cut through part of it, and it never healed properly, so she doesn't use her left arm much
Powers: Olivia can turn invisible, and has wings crafted onto her stomach.
